Pros: -very spacious and clean (spotless upon arrival) -secure parking ( Php 300/night) -high speed internet -walking distance to Centrio Mall -it offers superb value for money -Sir Den is very accomodating and responsive Cons: -no hot shower -lack of bidet -traffic congestion particularly during peak hours

Den and his assistants are very responsive especially to my needs and the condo requirements. Upon arriving at the lobby, the receptionist was updated that we were coming and I was especially impressed that the receptionist know my name and that I am checking in. Will definitely go back.

Staying at Den's place was an absolute delight! Situated just a short stroll from Ayala Malls, the location couldn't have been more convenient. Despite facing Corrales Ave, the ambiance was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
