Located just a short drive away from Stratton, Magic, and Bromley resorts, this 4-Bd 2-Ba chalet is the ideal destination for skiers and hikers alike. Enjoy a summer evening out by the fire pit or family game night huddled around the wood stove in the winter months. Our fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. This new, clean, and unique Londonderry property is great for any VT vacation, don't miss out! Pull off of VT Route 11 and the property reveals itself from behind a few rows of pine, maple and birch trees. The driveway features plenty of parking and the lit up fire put to your right. To your left you'll find a path that allows for easy access to either the 1st or 2nd level of the property. You'll enter the home from the 1st level, greeted by a stone floor foyer, sauna, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms. There is plenty of room to store coats, boots, and skis in the foyer. The sauna can be use year-round but it is the perfect way to recover after a long day of vacationing. There is an in-house washer and dryer with detergent provided. Both bedrooms have had recent updates to their insulation and hold your desired temperature very well. The first bedroom features 2 twin beds while the other room has just 1 queen size bed. Clean linens and towels are provided for every guest on the check in date. There is a private office tucked away from the other rooms, perfect for those who need privacy to work or answer a few Zoom calls. The lower level bathroom includes a shower/ tub combination, toilet, and all basic toiletries. As you ascend the stairs up to the second floor, you will be welcomed by plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom is located just off the kitchen, and it features a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, such as pots, pans, oils, spices, and more! The new wood floors guide you seamlessly from the kitchen through to the living and dining space. With enough to seat six at the dining table and four stools for the kitchen bar, there is plenty of seating for the whole gang to enjoy meals. The large windows and vaulted ceilings allow for plenty of natural light and provide a very open feel to the home. There is a wood stove that sufficiently heats the entire 2nd floor + loft. The home is equipped with a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and more! You can exit the inside, through either a glass slider or front door, onto the wrap-around deck with two Adirondack chairs. The fire pit sits on the other side of the house, ready for relaxing on a fall evening. We provide firewood for both the wood stove and the fire pit!
