Dale is a wonderful host and was so helpful right from when we were thinking of booking the place. We got lots of great recommendations for things to do in Bocas and what tour company to go with. The place itself has everything you need, although we found it quite small. We didn't love the location. At the time of our stay, there were a lot of construction works in all the surrounding streets so it was very muddy to get anywhere. It's a good place for the price though.

I cannot say enough good things about Candyland and Dale! It was a quick walk from the airport and into town. Location is on a quiet street, just a few blocks from restaurants and nightlife, which allowed for a quiet rest each night of my stay. The bedroom AC was cold, the bathroom water was hot, and the place was exceptionally clean. The kitchen included good coffee, plenty of drinking water (including a cold jug and ice in the fridge/freezer), and all you need to make simple meals. The bathroom included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and good quality towels. The bed was also very comfortable with good quality linens! Dale herself is a truly one of a kind host. She checked in on me, helped me book two incredible tours, offered plenty of local recommendations, including how to take the local bus to Starfish Beach. If you’re looking for a quiet place just a few blocks from the action and a top-notch host, look no further than Candyland & Dale. Mil gracias ❤️
Le logement de Dale est très correct et correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est d’un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul bémol concerne sa situation. Un peu éloigné du centre ville pour qui veut circuler à pied. Lorsque nous y avons séjourné, de gros travaux de réfection des chaussées étaient en cours, de sorte qu’il y avait beaucoup de boues et de poussière. Mais dans quelques mois ces travaux seront terminés et ces désagréments disparaîtront.
