Take a 5min stroll to our popular bar/restaurant or grab a takeaway and finish the evening with a soak in the hot pool.

Perfect! Julieanne and Byron are THE perfect hosts. We walked into the house and went WOW! We had no idea from the photographs that the property was so spacious with every detail within it taken care of. The beautiful bush surrounding the property Julieanne and Byron have developed themselves creating a peaceful environment. Just what we needed. Visiting tui entertained. So very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.

Situated off a main street in a quiet cul de sac there is a reserve backing onto the property which is a nice walk, 5mins walk is Taupo hospital and a small shopping centre which has a great restaurant/bar, a takeaway, hair salon and a Dairy. 10 mins down the hill and you are at the lakefront for a swim or just enjoy a walk along the lakefront to the various coffee places.
The property has off street parking available for two vehicles. Because of our central location walking into Town takes about 20-30 mins, often there are e-scooters parked at the little shopping centre nearby or a Taxi is quite a cheap
option.

I am semi retired and venturing into being an Airbnb host along with my partner Byron. After recently returning from eight years living in Australia we are pleased to be back living in our wonderful Taupo. Its great to see how our region has grown and become a bigger and better tourist destination and we are looking forward to sharing our knowledge of all the exciting things Taupo has to offer.
