This house is perfect for a small family, or a set of professionals needing a house for a long stay. This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom house with huge living space, as well as an office, is the perfect place to stay and live like a local. Ideal for a small family, or professionals looking for a large house that has great links to central London, with direct trains to London Bridge taking only 15 minutes. The enormous open-plan kitchen, dining and living room provide a fantastic, well-lit space for you to enjoy your days at the property. With bi-folds opening onto the garden patio, you can enjoy a glass of wine outside in the evenings. Well situated between Croydon and Norwood Junction, you can access a great selection of towns within 10-15 minutes. Head to Crystal Palace (10 minutes away) for a coffee and a wander around the colourful shops and vibrant vintage scene, walk to Selhurst Park for a Premier League game, or spend a lazy Saturday/Sunday at Bromley Farmers Market sampling the local food truck scene.

This is one of the best places we have stayed and we will definitely be coming back! The home is accurately described and has an incredible vibe - you can tell a lot of thought was put into the decor (the vintage style oven feels straight out of Downton Abbey!!) and comfort of the place. The yard is super spacious too so we had breakfast outside which was lovely. Also it is in a practical location - we easily got to Borough market, Shakespeare globe and a couple other sites! I loved how responsive Sofia was about check in and especially how clean the place was when we got there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
Sofia and Dave's place is beautifully decorated. There were so many little surprises that made the house so inviting. They had a welcome basket for us with some treats a bottle of wine and a note. It made us feel at home. The place was clean, spacious, and newly renovated with modern appliances and beautiful hanging lights over the island with bar stools. There were also adaptors and phone chargers for our use. Lots of light from glass sliding doors that looked out onto a patio with chairs and a large garden with a BBQ grill. There was a washroom downstairs and then a bathroom with a nice shower, and a toilet upstairs. Three bedrooms, two with comfortable queen beds with nice pillows. The third room is like an office space but big enough for a queen blowup bed. We were a family of four but could easily have six people comfortably. Private parking and you can catch a bus to Croydon station in ten minutes. Sofia and Dave were wonderful and responsive hosts. The place was a great find!

Our home is walking distance (10 minute walk) to Norwood Junction train station which will get you in and out of central london in 15-20 minutes. We are a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute bus from the East Croydon Train station which is a major hub for all uk train lines and gatwick airport.
The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and can access 410 line to get into east croydon, crystal palace et al..
