We had an excellent stay at Selma's place. The house is spacious, warm and beautiful - the kitchen and garden are particularly special on a sunny day. I stayed with my toddler, husband and parents and it was more than comfortable for us all. As others have said, the cats are very friendly and enjoy a pet or cuddle, but are also happy to keep to themselves. As for the location, the high street with charming shops and delicious restaurants is walkable. Washbrooks Farm is also a short walk and a great day out for those with kids. There's also plenty to see within driving distance - we enjoyed a lovely meal with a view at Tottington Manor, a morning at Butterfly Gardens, a visit to Brighton and walks in nearby national trusts. We highly recommend a stay here and would do it again.

Exceptionally spacious and comfortable property. The cats are lovely - they enjoy attention but don’t seek it.

Had a fantastic stay with my 3 daughters. Felt right at home, great open plan living space and really nice sized garden with lots to interest inquisitive kids. Highly recommend.
