Juan’s place was an excellent value. The unit looked freshly renovated with new appliances and furniture. Spotlessly clean. Juan is super responsive, answering in seconds every time. Instructions for check in and Wi-Fi were a snap. Unit is near a midsize arterial street, so there is occasional traffic noise from car stereos going by, but nothing horrible. It took me a few moments to find the thermostat, which is behind the TV. A couple of easy improvements would make it even better: a coat tree by the door; cutting board and a prep cart in the kitchen, soap dispenser for the shower, and brighter bulbs in the ceiling lights. There were a huge number of air fresheners inside. We found we needed less than half of them on to cover the pot-smoking neighbors mentioned in the other review, but better safe than sorry, I guess.

Juan’s place was perfect for a homemade for a wedding weekend in Watertown. Juan’s is “in town” and close to most things that we needed.
