There were major plumbing issues in the house. Upon arrival, a downstairs toilet had been leaking and the bathroom was covered in water. There was also no water pressure in the showers or the kitchen sink. Our initial message regarding the broken toilet was answered immediately, but subsequent messages about the water pressure issues were ignored for several hours. The initial message was sent late Wednesday night and a plumber did not arrive until Friday. As we were in town for a basketball tournaments and had several players in the house, the lack of usable showers quickly became a big problem. The house is large, which was great for our needs, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, but the plumbing issues really need to be addressed in order for a large number of people to comfortably stay here for multiple nights.
