Needs to repair or replace washing machine which was not functional during our stay. The internet also functioned very slowly and needs attention. Short of these the stay was fantastic. Wonderful location. Clean comfortable home. Andrew very responsive.

Seagulls Landing was the perfect location for what we had in mind for our weekend trip, only 2 blocks from the beach! Upon arrival, we noticed a large pile of bags of garbage and two full cans at the road which was confusing since we arrived on a Friday and were told trash pick-up was Monday and Thursday. We were initially unable to unlock the lock pad and had to reach out to the host, who was very responsive and timely in giving us an alternate code. The house was clean and as expected in the pictures, however both bath mats were soaking wet and needed to be placed in the dryer. Upstairs shower curtain had mold on it. We didn’t watch Tv until the last night and couldn’t because none of the shows or movies would load, I don’t know if this was a WiFi or connectivity issue. I know these things would have been addressed during the stay, but when paying so much, you don’t want to spend your two day trip having to contact the host over such things. Location is great and hosts reply quickly.

Nice, clean, easy to get around to and from attractions, beaches and restaurants. Great place for our family but most importantly it is exactly the way the pictures are. Comfy and cozy.

We loved the place and would go back again as long as these 2 issues were resolved. The 2 issues we had that were disappointing were, The internet did not work and we reset everything and did everything we could and the response from Andrew was, that he was an hour away. The second problem was that there are 2 sliding glass doors in the home and neither of them had drapes or window coverings. The one sliding glass door was in my bedroom and nothing to cover the door. NOT GOOD. The other sliding glass door is basically like a front door and that one was not as much of an issue. You could see where both doors had the hardware tore out of the walls where I think they use to have drapes or some kind of covering

We had a great stay. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Andrew was very accompanying to our extended stay.
