If I could give Barbara and her home 10 stars I would! Barbara went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect! Her follow up was top notch. Her home is absolutely beautiful! It is CLEAN,CLEAN,CLEAN!! There are no roads to cross you are right on the ocean. We were so comfortable here that we were very sad to have to go home. The beach is not crowded and at times we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was the paradise we were looking for to recharge and relax. We would definitely stay here again. I will just stay longer next time! Thank you so much Barbara for such a great experience and sharing your home with us! Lisa and Terry

This house is perfect! It sits overlooking the Atlantic ocean with its own private stairs to the beach. A beautiful back patio with a Grill. The inside of the house was clean, modern and very comfortable. This house could easily accommodate two couples or a small family. Kitchen as well equipped for cooking. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anybody looking for a great beach getaway. It was just far enough away from downtown Flagler beach to be quiet, but a very short ride to get there.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! There is not one fault that we could find with this lovely home. Location! Location! Location! The view was so much more than the pictures show. To listen to the ocean and feel the salt air were the top of the list! The house was extremely comfortable starting with the beds and bedding. Loved the walk in showers and the kitchen was equipped with anything and everything you could possibly want or need. And the best is the pet friendly home and pet friendly beach. It is wonderful to be able to bring your fur baby along with you. Thank you for everything Barbara we will be back! Tammy & Loren

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, the housekeeper had locked the bottom lock and the only key on site to it was in a broken lock box. It took over an hour to get in because of this. If that was the worst thing about the house, I would have rated the house higher. Unfortunately, there was NO working ac from when we arrived to when we checked out 2 days later. Barbara kept saying it’s only 75 degrees. That’s great when there isn’t 95% humidity out. This house was not inexpensive to rent & Barbara was still happy to charge us full price. On day 2, it started raining. With no ac & 95% humidity, the house quickly became disgusting. Walls dripping water & tile floors were like skating on. Our 14 year old dog fell multiple times. We checked out 5 days early, on Christmas Day. Barbara added our poor experience by charging almost half of the price of 7 days when there just 2. Property wasn’t in great shape, dining room ceiling had leaked in many areas & pieces were hanging down.
