This was the perfect place for our quiet family vacation. Honestly, the space was bigger than it appeared in photos and very comfortable for the 6 of us. The house had great appliances and beautifully decorated with plenty of extra linens. The beach was great, felt very private!

Had our Bachelorette trip here, and everything was great, the view, the house. Only problem we had was the water tank backed up, and unfortunately it prevented use of water for a couple of hours. Also, the remotes to the lights/fan, you would turn the light off in one room & a room across the house would turn on, they would turn theirs off, then the other room would turn on. We eventually got it to stop, after numerous tries There were boogie boards & some beach chairs, a cooler all available to use which was super nice!! Otherwise the house was great!

Shortly after we arrived we were discouraged to find out that parts of the Flagler beach area is under construction to help rebuild retaining walls between the beach and the beach front properties. This meant that every morning we were met with excavators and skid steers pounding post into the ground and the frustrating sight of heavy machinery blocking our view of the beach from the back porch. Fortunately the construction workers were very nice and apologetic for their project inconveniencing our family vacation. While this project is out of the control of the home owner, this information was not disclosed to us renting and would have likely lead us to rent elsewhere had we known this information. The house was great and as described but frustrated that our entire time spent on the beach was spent dodging large excavators, skid steers, and construction workers walking on the property. I would check with the renters regarding construction prior to booking.

We had a great time for our week stay! Very quiet location with the ocean just off the lanai—which is where we spent most of our time. The open deck with two chairs was great for wine in the moonlight. The ocean is surprisingly close to the house! Which is great, but does mean it’s hard to find a sandy spot at high tide. The place looked just like the pictures, tidy & well decorated, though it’s probably time to replace some of the rugs and do a deep clean, especially the porch which needed a hosing off. I know it’s the beach but a little love is in order. When we couldn’t find the access code to check in, Natasha, our local host, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful, in contrast to Vacasa’s online customer service. When you stay here (and you should!), try Stoner’s pizza delivery and get the garlic knots. But by far the highlight was a mobile massage from Massology, done surfside under the lanai- amazing! They should definitely add that to their recommended activities.
