Perfect place for a large family gathering over the holidays. Fishing off the dock, walking the beach and game room for the kids kept everyone entertained. We cooked in and the kitchen was great! Living room was big enough for all of us to gather with Fireplace and TV. Beds were very comfortable . Even lucky enough to see a launch one night. Highly recommend !

Beautiful home! The elevator was super helpful for my parents who are in their 80’s. Made it easy for them to navigate from their 3rd floor bedroom to the pool with the press of a button! Really enjoyed having access to the dock… we brought our boat. The views were incredible…loved having the beach across the street. Just an overall awesome stay!

Cathy’s private oasis situated adjacent to one of Florida’s most historic beaches was the perfect back drop for our family gathering. Four generations reconnected at Dunes2dock. Cathy and her husband left no box unchecked—a spacious, inviting pool with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone; a meticulously manicured back yard with cozy nooks to sit and relax, and a hammock for an afternoon slumber; a new decked walkway over the dunes to a spacious dock, lit at night, with bench seating; served as my virtual office for the week; a beautifully appointed family room, dining room and kitchen to feed and entertain the group, and comfortable, quiet bedrooms to recharge for the next day. With 3 miles one direction to the heart of downtown Flagler Beach or 3 miles the other direction to the heart of Palm Coast, plenty of restaurants, shopping and local entertainment at your whim. Could not have asked for a better location or better hosts that were accessible, attentive and sincere.

The location is excellent; house is spacious and bright, well-appointed with comfortable furniture and up-to-date appliances; beautiful dock; wonderfully supplied recreation room; and very private and quiet; lots to do in the area. Lovely pool with plenty of chairs/chaises around it, and a fine hot tub. The best beaches, however, are down the road a couple of miles. My family loved it! Pricey, but worth every penny!

The house was beautiful. It had everything described on the listing and more. We were fortunate to have been there during a launch. The host was nothing short of outstanding. Extremely responsive and helpful.
