After a terrible experience with a competitor website's booking/rental - we booked Poseidon for a next day check-in. The host was very kind when I booked, she called me shortly after to give me some updates since we booked literally 24 hours in advance. Due to a family checking out the next day and it being a large home, we were unable to get an early check-in, but that is totally understandable. Host was super accommodating and made sure we got out parking passes right away so we could get into the community and use the pools, grill, etc. The home is huge! SO MANY STAIRS. The house was as described in the listing and pictures were mostly UpToDate (no foosball table anymore). We found the house to be very clean. They had everything we needed expect for consumable products, as expected. The one recommendation we had was to have the upstairs carpets deep cleaned. Besides that, we were very happy with the location, amenities, etc. Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful as is the location!!! It was very clean upon arrival. Up until we had an issue with the house the host was incredibly responsive. When we arrived, we found that the freezer door was broken and it wasn’t really making ice. There were other broken items like a toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was ripped out of the wall. We contacted the owner to let him know so that mostly we won’t be blamed for the issues and that he was aware. Further into our stay, we had a number of huge huntsman spiders in the lower bedrooms. The kitchen had no drinking glasses or cutting boards, 8 coffee cups and only had 10 forks. The house sleeps 14 and we had 10 people. During check out we stripped the beds and one of the mattress pads was covered in crumbs and hair. We brought this to the host attention. He addressed nothing after he promised to have someone call us. No one ever called. Would not recommend to stay here for the price.

This was a perfect home for our large group of family with plenty of personal space for each family along with great combined space for us to hang out together. We would definitely book again!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. I didn't know that we couldn't get in the ocean because of the big rocks that blocked us from getting in. We had to go to another beach to swim. The elevator wasn't working when we got there. We were told to fix the breaker and it worked. I got in the elevator and it got stuck between floors. We never used it again There were other things that didn't work. I'm sure Mark would have fixed ther to fix them. I let them know before we left.

Our big family enjoyed our stay at Poseidon this past week! The location in the gated community is beautiful and the beaches are scenic and quiet, free from a lot of tourists. There was plenty of room for our family. We do want to point out there is a 7th bedroom not listed in the photos. The home is roomy and spacious with amazing views of the beach! You will need to make sure to bring ALL food, there was no salt/pepper/spices/oils to get started. We do recommend renting beach equipment from Sandy Andy's Beach Rental as the home only had beach equipment that was very old/broken. Other than those few issues we had, we recommend this place. It was absolutely wonderful to head to the pool in the community and have some snacks & cocktails from the grill. We would come back again!
