To the south of this home is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun, golf at The Hammock, Washington Oaks state park and overall an amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is the World Golf Village area and Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 12 minutes from Publix grocery store. THE SPACE: The home sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with 3 King beds & 4 Twin beds (2 sets of twin bunks) and 5 full bathrooms plus a half bath! The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together or hire our private chef for a memorable night in! Enjoy an additional mini-kitchen equipped with a mini fridge for your poolside drinks. We have two indoor gas fireplaces for you to relax by! The pool patio boasts an in ground spa, a pool table, corn hole and life size Jenga for your enjoyment. This home is situated near non-drivable beaches You can drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park, or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it!
