My family vacation at John’s home in Florida was amazing. His beautiful home is exactly as described with more than enough room for all. The location is ideal if you wish to have a relaxing time right on the beach, with a beautiful pool and great restaurants all within walking distance. The house is spacious and immaculate. Our family of 9 fit comfortably while having enough space to spread out. The pool is heated so swimming every day was never a problem. John provided many amenities that you rarely see in a rental property, from pool toys, to beach toys, to extra beach towels. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully stocked with much more than basic cooking staples. The family room was an added bonus for family movies and games. The elevator was definitely an added bonus for carrying groceries. There are two fully screened decks for relaxing with spectacular views of the ocean. Perfect!!

My family and I had a great time at John's place. This spacious home is in like new condition with high quality furnishings and appliances. It has easy access to the beach and while it is just across the street, the traffic was never bad, even on a busy weekend. There are ample beach and pool toys available at the home and we brought stand up paddle boards to enjoy on the ocean or the Hillsborough River nearby. The house has many "smart home" features which are convenient yet take a little effort to figure out. At the same time, John provided a link to a video on how to use the pool/spa features and I'm sure he would be happy to walk you through the other features as well if needed. There are many restaurants in the area and some are within walking distance. Otherwise, the town center is just a few miles north and an easy bike ride if you want to bring some. I have no doubt you will enjoy staying at John's place.

Beautiful clean home,everything up to date with nice heated pool and spa. Very quite neighborhood directly across the street from the beach. John checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well or to see if we needed anything, i would recommend to anyone who looking to visit the area...Thats John looking forward to seeing you again.

Our family had an amazing stay at John’s house! We were looking for something relaxing and comfortable after a few days at Universal Studios and this house was exactly that. My wife and I and our 5 kids fit comfortably in the house. Everything was brand new, top-of-the line quality, and 100% clean. The kids loved the hot tub, pool table, and of course having the beach right across the street. We enjoyed the restaurants in Flagler that John recommended. John was a fantastic host and it was fun getting to know him. Thanks for the great stay, John! Can’t recommend this place enough.
