Free 3 cars parking with shared parking policy, first come first serve, property can accommodate up to 11 cars easily but you may have to move your cars when you are at the back. BEDS and CAPACITY: *Room 1:Master's Bedroom with balcony with the view of Baguio colorful mountain houses: 1 double bed and 4 single beds for 6 guests *Room 2: Double bed bunk with single bed pull out bed for 5 guests *Room 3: Double bed bunk for 4 guests *Room 4: 2 single bunk for 4 guests Total occupancy is 19 guests. *If booking more than 16 guests, you will have to pay an additional P1,000 per guests exceeding 16 guests via Gcash or bank transfer. *Complete with bedsheets, pillows and fleece blankets TOILET AMENITIES: 2 toilets with heated showers, lavatory and watercloset. *We provide tissue rolls to start *Most guests bring their own towels, but you may request towels upon arrival from our property manager *Kindly bring your own bathroom essentials. KITCHEN AMENITIES: Fully equipped kitchen ready for basic cooking with refrigerator, water dispenser, perculator and microwave oven. LIVING ROOM: Huge living room equipped with 40 inches TV with Cignal TV subscription. It's close to the main road, and it matches the picture. The response is very fast and it explains it kindly It's close to tourist attractions and has a nice view at night
