Place was cute and cozy! It was a little hidden but if you follow the instructions, you’ll be able to get to the place with ease. HOWEVER, the parking is rough. You can NOT park in front if you have a decent to larger size car. Not even a long or wide Sudan. You will have to park around the corner and the neighborhood isn’t the safest. The place is like the pictures and the bed is cozy. It gets the job done and it’s clean!

This place had everything we needed and more! Check-in was a breeze, and I enjoyed the ability to open the door via app instead of typing in the 6 digit code every time. It's right near the river walk and tons of great eateries. The neighborhood is a tad noisy, but the bedroom being underground made for silent sleeping. We'll be back!

Nice small 1 br in Reno. The place itself was cute and had all you would need for a short stay. Bed is quite firm, and in the basement so quiet and dark. The studio is situated in an alleyway across from a parking garage so it seemed that there were always random people walking by. There is no parking near the front door so we had to park on the street. The property manager was available when we needed some help getting in and parking.

Great place for a quick getaway- for such a small space it felt spacious and included a shared ourdoor patio. We got lots of instructions and communications from Nicolas. As others have said, parking was tight but doable with a small suv. The immediate area is a little run down, but it’s super walkable to the river and all kinds of fantastic restaurants. Would stay here again next time in Reno!
