We booked this stay for my brother’s wedding. We had 4 adults, a 3 year old and two infants. I messaged Todd and confirmed that that guest count was acceptable. When I checked prices again closer to our stay I noticed a $108 deduction was possible. I asked Todd about this not expecting it to be viable but wanting to check regardless. He didn’t respond. When we showed up there was urine on the toilet seat, grease streaks on the kitchen stove, the microwave had not been cleaned, the fridge had puddles on the top shelf, the toaster oven had not been cleaned and the one bedroom door latch was missing a screw which caused the door to not be able to be shut. I sent Todd a message with the things we noticed, I wasn’t seeking a discount or refund, just wanted to let him know things weren’t perfect. He replied with aggression and false accusations. He suggested that we could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund the rest of our stay. That was his only solution for us.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay, we had fun staying up late with each other, and exploring the nearby city in the morning. Overall the place is near everything you would need to be near. It's a great place!!!

Todd allowed me to book last minute, no questions asked. The property was great, walkable, and very close to bus stops that can get you around York and into surrounding cities. The house is gorgeous, secluded, and comfortable. If I need to stay in the city again, this’ll be the first place I look.
