While the photos and description of Brooke & Hasib's place are generally accurate, not captured in the images & words is the lack of maintenance both inside & outside. We were greeted by large tree branches strewn about the driveway, front lot, & the steps leading up to the front door. Next to the porch steps were two discarded car tires. The concrete walkway up to the front steps is cracked & could pose a trip hazard. The lack of maintenance continued inside the house:1) toilet paper holder anchors were pulled out of the wall & couldn't support the paper; 2) a live wasp was sitting on one of the blinds; 3) the top stairway railing anchors are pulled out & pose a serious falling risk if someone grabs that railing; 4) panel on front of dishwasher is pulled off & sitting on kitchen floor; and 5) circuit breaker box cover is rusty. The cleaning service does an excellent job, but owners don't maintain/care for their house. Downstairs neighbors (tenants?) were loud well after midnight.

During the severe storms and Tornadoes in Evansville my family and I found ourselves displaced due to damage to our home and lack of power. We decided to book Brooke & Hasib’s place until we could safely go back home. Although we had a minor issue at first they were very responsive, took accountability and offered a quick and convenient solution. I would like to thank them for a lovely stay and helping my family through this tragedy of a storm.

Clean space! Walking distance from University of Evansville. We will stay here again!
