This wonderful place stay is ideally situated in Cremyll, a two minute walk from Mount Edgecumbe Country Estate. Just a short walk to popular wedding venues, The Orangery & Mount Edgecumbe House, also Polhawn Fort by car. This idyllic waterside setting just a short foot ferry ride to the Ocean City of Plymouth. Families, couples, walkers, cyclists & your furry friends will love the area. Perfectly located to explore Devon & Cornwall, beaches, beautiful open spaces & steeped in history. The outside space offers a decked area to dine Al Fresco. Free off road parking for two vehicles(very rare in this area). The property is accessed by a slight ramp with a small step in giving easy access. The open plan ground floor area offers a well equipped kitchen, pleasant dining area and lounge enjoying views over the water. There is also a walk in shower room with basin and WC. Upstairs the main king sized bedroom looks out towards Plymouth Sound. There is a further double bedroom at the rear along with a modern bathroom with bath/mixer shower, basin and WC.

Very enjoyable stay, very nice house and right next to the entrance to Mount Edgecumbe estate, ferry and pub. Enjoyed the stay very much and certainly recommend
Gary’s house was lovely! It was exactly how it was described. Lot of good walks around and Plymouth is just a ferry away. Loved the experience, would definitely come back.
A charming and lovely seaside cottage, well situated for the ferry over to Plymouth, but far enough away for a peaceful escape. Great hosts and spec throughout. Would definitely come again.
Seascape is set in a lovely location, right next to the sea, with views across the Tamar into Plymouth. Situated right next to the beautiful Mountain Edgecombe park, it is the ideal location to take a walk or catch the passenger ferry across the Tamar (ferry landing is a minute away). Brilliant house, with excellent facilities, I couldn’t have wished for anything more.
Very lovely place to stay and Gary was super helpful and great with communication.

A quiet location, but not far from a busier life if you desire
Cremyll Ferry, the regular foot ferry provides the quickest access to Plymouth's Ocean City. A 8 minute ferry ride and a short 15 minute walk to Pymouth's Historic Hoe or to the City Centre. There are regular local buses to local areas and to Plymouth from Cremyll. There is also a regular bus service that goes from Cremyll to Kingsands/Cawsands, Freathy, Whitsand Bay Antony, Torpoint and to Plymouth.
