Our stay with Bella Vista Cottages was exactly what we had hoped. Relaxing and peaceful, with great amenities and STUNNING surroundings. The pictures were extremely accurate and the hosts made us feel immediately comfortable in their home. The location is ideal, within driving distance of so many wineries and an adorable downtown. Amy and Kenneth made sure you knew all the best options for whatever you were interested in exploring locally. If you were planning on staying in, the house has a great kitchen, multiple areas to relax and hang out both inside and outside, including a hot tub facing the breathtaking lake views. We visited with 3 generations of family and everyone was happy with our stay. it was the perfect place to enjoy a long weekend with adults and kids alike.

The house has wide open windows with idyllic views of Canandaigua Lake. The neighborhood is very quiet, private and safe. The kitchen has all the cookware you need to stay in and cook, bring your own oils and spices. The hosts were immediately responsive when WiFi was not working. The downstairs room is a wide open family room with couches and two of the beds listed. Another one of the bedrooms is an office with the listed pull out couch - this room has a see through glass door, something to keep in mind if folks in your party would like private sleeping quarters. We did not use either fireplace - gas or wood burning. The hot tub did work, but could use some cleaning. Our group of 10 had more than enough space to spread out, lounge around and eat together.

We all had a good time disappointed we couldn't use hot tub
