Check in was fine! Cute. Not marketed correctly. No window units in any photos. Upon arrival there were two. One bedroom didn’t have one. That bedroom got up to 83 degrees per our kids monitor. It was miserably hot. The main unit above the living room window was broken. We reached out on app. Zero reply. She told us as the was on property, that the guy was in hospital. So she knew it was broken. No communication of this as the entire place stayed super hot. She was aware. No help. Understand someone being in hospital but ashost, you should have a plan for someone. She argued me constantly on app saying our son dumped out her chlorine tablets. We went to pool but there were ants everywhere and I got bit as well as our daughter. Things like that need to be treated. She accused me of blaming her that we got bit. But I didn’t. I was trying to tell her our issues and ask for a little refund because of this but she argued & said she’d give us $50 back SO WED LEAVE HER A GOOD REVIEW 🤣

My family and I traveled to visit family in Jacksonville. we had an amazing time! This place was so perfect for our needs. we enjoyed the pool, the comfort, the privacy and we all would stay here again. It has such a nice country atmosphere. we met one of the cats that we also enjoyed her company. we felt at home and were close by to places we needed to get to. Thank you so much for sharing your home and being so helpful!

Great stay especially with our dogos! Comfortable beds and easy access. Very quiet and cozy.

Easy and quick access to property. Was a decent place to stay on our overnight drive from upstate NY to south Florida. Really close to highway we were traveling on but not to close to be bothered by noise. Also had nice carport and turn around space in yard to park our jet skis under, had zero worries of someone messing with my stuff. Would recommend to anyone doing the same if they need a quick place to crash for the night.
