Tiny Farm House to stay in Jacksonville. 1 Bedroom, 1 king size Bed. This house can accommodate 3 guests. 15 min to airport, 12 min to cruise line, 8 min to highway and 3 min to grocery store, on 4 acres. A house surroundings with trees & forest, privacy and quiet, living room, smart TV, Wi-Fi, front porch, gardens. Stove and laundry room are located outside. Hot water, Easy parking space in front of a tiny house. Self check in (use key). Pets are welcome with low fees. None smoking home. Open space, no fence or gate huge yard, entrance is easy access to kitchenette area, bedroom, living room, dedicated working space. Free washer and dryer, gas stove and grill are outside, nice garden and front porch.

We enjoyed being close to all of our events and it was very peaceful.
Bed was comfortable and large. Bed was not foam bed which is great! Will return if have the chance.
My four night stay was great. Quiet, peaceful area. Clean and comfortable accommodations. I will return if in the area again for my work.
Really enjoyed my one night stay here on my drive from St. Pete to Maryland - would have stayed longer if I was in the area longer. Perfect location, clean house, good restaurants nearby, quiet neighborhoods nearby to walk in. Directions for check-in provided ahead of time to help avoid any confusion which was especially helpful since I was checking in late in the evening after dark.
Niranya was quickly responsive and helpful, she was watering her plants when I arrived and was so sweet. She has an adorable kitten that would have accompanied me for the night if it weren’t for my dog. Overall nice, large space.

Neighbors are next to my property and they have pets, such as kittens, dog, roosters and peacock which might make some noise or visiting you. If you feel uncomfortable with them while you stay please notify me immediately so I can take care of the issues for you.
Easy access to my property, from cedar point road is main entrance and drive on a dirt road to middle of my property. A Tiny Farm House is red roof brown building sitting next to a barn. Lights are provided for guests who arrived late. Open parking space in front of a house and is very safe.
