Newly renovated first floor apartment in Ashtead, a lovely village in Surrey. Only five minutes from the M25 and within easy reach of Epsom, Dorking, Sutton & Guildford and also 45 minutes to London by train. It offers 1 double bedroom with a King bed, a useful desk, a confortable TV/lounge area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/dining area. It also offers one off road car parking space.

Apartment is well located for Ashtead. Well equipped kitchen, everything very clean. There are steep steps going up to the apartment so may not suit everyone.
We had a great stay! The flat was immaculate and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, with good pillows and bedding. The location is fantastic- shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarket etc all just a few minutes walk. Host was friendly, and easy to communicate with. She also went to the trouble of installing a stair gate for me, as I was staying with a toddler. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Ashtead is a small village between Leatherhead and Epsom. It has a large common ideal for walks, a large playground and field, and a well connected train station with access to London in 45 minutes.
The main street (where the flat is located) has many local shops, including hair dressers, book shop, Coop and M&S. As well as two pubs and an amazing variety of restaurants: Thai, Chinese, South American, Indian and Italian.
With regards to faith, you will find an Anglican Church, a Baptist church and a Catholic Church which have services every Sunday.
Walking or cycling is the best way to get around in the village, but you do have buses connecting it to other larger towns and trains towards Dorking, Guildford and London.
