Typical haussmannian apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator. Authentic parisian way of life. The apartment is very big (180 sqm in total). Large room (22sqm) but on the street side and the street is noisy. Microwave but NO COOKING, NO KITCHEN shared. NON SMOKING APARTMENT. Welcome home! No stand-alone entry; booking accepted if times indicated in the request and profile with comments. It's not a hotel, we live in the apartment, we had a lot of problems with disrespectful guests, no support from the platform, please don't do with us what you wouldn't do at your home! No shower at night after 10:30 p.m. on weekdays, we both work and want to be able to sleep at night. The bedroom is located on the street side and gets the noise from the street (2 buses lines). UPON REQUEST and booking (extra fees): extra bed available (real bed 140*190cm) for a 3rd person. All together it has: - a double bed (160*200cm) / a bedside table with a lamp / a desk and armchair / 2 chairs / a wardrobe / a dining table We provide: - sheets / towels / duvet / pillows / extra blanket / flip-flops to move around the apartment / tea / coffee / kettle / microwave / glasses / mugs / plates / small fridge The window is equipped with curtains, double curtains as well as external shutters. On the other side of the apartment you will have access to the shared bathroom (with bathtube) and separated toilets. AREAS TO BE SHARED: bathroom, independant toilets, entrance hall. To be shared with us and guests from room 1. PLEASE NOTE: kitchen is not for share, there is no kitchen coming with the room, NO COOKING in the bedroom please!! We both work, so we don't accept noise at night, we prefer travellers coming for museum visits than people expecting to hang out all night.
