location is really nice. levour is 5 mins to walk and also easy to take public transportation. area seems safe there were no strange person. studio is at 1st floor so need to take stairs refregerator, washing machine works fine it also had dryer function. sofa bed was uncomfortable, but double bed was good. bathrooms was clean.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt- alles in Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und ruhige Nachbarschaft. Der Check In lief auch einwandfrei, sehr flexibel. Allerdings gab es keinen WLAN Zugang, wie es beschrieben war. Der Fernseher hatte weder Internetzugang noch Signal, man konnte ihn leider nicht benutzen. Netz war leider auch sehr schlecht. Anfangs gab es zudem keinen Föhn (wie ebenfalls beschrieben), wurde aber am Abend noch gebracht. Allgemein ist die Wohnung für 3 Personen etwas zu klein, aber für 2 reicht die Größe gut aus.

L’appartement est parfait, tres bien placé, facile d’accès et au 1er étage. Je lit est confortable, et les et les équipements de qualité. La rue est calme. Nous serons ravis de revenir ☺️

Nice apartment, charming neighborhood. 10 minutes from metro stop and RER C. There were 3 of us and we spent 6 nights, so more than 3 body towels would be appreciated. After we left, I received a message asking for an additional prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the stay plus the deposit. In the end, our contact told us not to worry, they would not charge us anything more, but it was awkward.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, just 3 minutes and you get one of the most picturesque views on Paris, you're in the center of the history. The apartment is small but was suitable for us as a family with a 7 year old kid. The apartment has everything you need including an iron and an ironing board. It's located in a historical building which adds a charm to the place. Although the apartment is not located near some subway station, it's just 10min to the 1st line and the road goes through the beautiful Seine. There are plenty of bus stations nearby that can bring you to Opera or Eiffel tower within 20 min. Finally, this apartment was really warm with great heating system and we had plenty of hot water, so no one got frozen in Feb 😀
