This ground floor, modern, 2 bedrooms' apartment is perfect to enjoy your holidays. With its spacious terrasse and direct access to the residence' stunning swimming pool it is your ideal vacation rental. Let's not forget to mention its location: Only a few meters from the beach and a few minutes drive from grand bay’s attractions and restaurants. The complex also has a little gym which you can access anytime you want, and a covered parking underground with a lift to the apartment. A nice kitchen which opens on the living space. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and confortable. The real plus of this apartment is the great terrasse which gives you direct access to the swimming pool.

非常棒的房子，家具设施都很新，非常现代，床品也很舒服，睡的特别好。房东也会亲自来迎接，厨房用品都会给买了全新的。每天都会有人来打扫房子，服务特别好。
Un petit paradis dans le nord de l'île. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Élodie. Un véhicule est nécessaire. Bien placé au calme, confortable. Une personne est venue faire le ménage deux fois dans la semaine. De vraies vacances!

Very comfortable townhouse. Everything you need for a self catering stay. Good security, nice pool and gym.
We really enjoyed our 6 week stay at this apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet, the pool was pleasant to sit beside. The staff at the location were helpful and attentive. Kristian the housekeeper was very discreet. We are big swimmers, and we found a great spot near Bain Boeuf, 10 minutes walk for our daily swim. A great location if you want to be based in the north to explore all it has to offer. We would be happy to return! Thanks Elodie for making us feel so welcome 🙏

Everything is accessible and the beach is a few meters away.
It’s always better to rent a car to discover the island. But you can find a bus stop near the apartment.
