We enjoyed our stay and James and Belle's. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds (on the firmer side), central heating and everything you might need for an easy stay, including the laundry and kitchen. The shower was leaking, though we identified the source and let James know so it'll hopefully be fixed for the next guests! James was very responsive to any issues we had, and was able to drop around with extra towels for the leak pretty much immediately which was handy. It may also be worth noting that you can hear the traffic pretty loudly in one of the bedrooms on the road side, but we noticed that ear plugs were provided and Hobart's fairly quiet anyway, so this didn't keep us up. All in all, the apartment was great for us - well located and an easy walk to shops and restaurants, and super easy to stay with parking, communication and supplies. Thanks James and Belle!

Lovely stay - as others have said, the quality of the interior was top-notch and provided a nice blend between the historic and modern. The apartment looked like the photos, was very clean, and a perfect size for four people. You could hear the traffic below and there wasn't a lot of noise insulation within the apartment, but with a pair of earplugs (thoughtfully provided!) it wasn't an issue (more just to be aware for very very light sleepers). James and Belle were super responsive, very flexible with check-in/check-out, and great hosts overall. Easily would stay again!
