This place is beautiful. Located in a convenient area. There is a supermarket downstairs with only a minute walk. Only one drawback this apartment is located opposite to a restaurant so it may be a bit noisy during the night. Other than that I think this place is perfect!

Outstanding accommodation, especially for families with children. Initially hesitant due to its less renowned tourist status compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku, but pleasantly surprised. Perfect for families with kids - quieter atmosphere, conveniently close to the subway, and offers an array of amenities unmatched by other places I've stayed before, such as stroller, universal outlet, heat patches for muscle relief, and portable WiFi. The room layout comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 2 toddlers, feeling spacious. Smooth access to the 2nd floor via elevator with easy flat grounds. Host's graciousness in allowing early luggage drop-off was appreciated. Would definitely book again.

Katsuhiko is a great host. She is very responsive. The place is just right for my family of 4. It was spacious compared to other places in Tokyo. I really love the location because there is a Lawson just across the street and a supermarket just a few minutes away. The train stations are also walkable so that’s a plus. We were allowed to check-in earlier and I am so grateful about that. Will definitely stay here again.
