Tranquility on Pepi provides a lovely place for guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surrounds, after a busy day of sightseeing and adventures. The accomodation has been set up with owners accomodating the upper level whilst guests enjoy the privacy of the lower level. This space can be enjoyed by 2 couples or a small group who are looking for quality time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We are 25mins from CBD, under 15mins from the airport and 3mins from The Pines Golf Club Surrounded by nature this accomodation provides unobstructed views across farmland and Parua Bay towards Headland Farm Park.Entry into the huge living area with big windows and doors, drawing the outside in, with spacious lounge and dining seating , a built in bar that has been utilised for kitchenette set-up. A long passageway leads you to a generous sized modern bathroom, and also 2 good sized double bedrooms.

We had a lovely long weekend at Tranquility on Pepi! The guesthouse is gorgeous - very spacious, spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything you need. It's in an excellent location - a quiet road with lots of lovely bird life around, but also well positioned for accessing the many surrounding beaches, walks, plus conveniently close to Whangārei. We were two trail runners and two surfers and it was ideal for us. And Harriet and Bernard are absolutely wonderful hosts! Highly recommend and we can't wait to return :)

We had an absolutely lovely time at Tranquility on Pēpi. Harriet and Bernard made us feel right at home from the moment we booked in to the moment we left. The hosts were extremely attentive to our needs, always offering clean towels, a clean bbq, our preferred choice of milk and more. Our hosts were also interactive with us- taking us along to feed the eels in the stream right along their lovely property. The house was absolutely immaculate and had every amenity to cater to our needs. We highly recommend our hosts and their lovely house!

Set back just over 200m off the busy Whangarei Heads Road. Tranquility on Pepi is a double storey home with unobstructed views across farmland and Parua Bay towards Headland Farm Park. Surrounded by nature the lower level has been set up as an Air BnB.
No public transport from Whangarei to Parua Bay, so you will need to drive or use a taxi.
Undercover parking is available for 1 car, with a 2nd park available on the driveway.

Enjoy our new home and all rural living has to offer. Love looking over to the neighbours and watching and hearing the goats. We feed the eels down in the little creek that runs in front of our property. After spending 24 yrs in Australia, Bernard and I love being back in Aotearoa.
