Prima appartement, centrale ligging, zeker als je van voetbal houdt. Volop openbaar vervoer naar Londen centrum. Vriendelijke host.

WE were very disappointed. We booked the accommodation as our son was doing a weeks work experience at Crystal Palace. We hadn't realised that the training grounds and the stadium were in 2 different locations as we were coming from Ireland. WE booked another accommodation close to the training grounds as it was nearer for our 17 year old son. We went to cancel Vanessas accommodation and we found that we couldn't cancel and get our money refunded. We were offered 10% only. WE explained our situation through Airbnb and we tried to get her to allow us cancel but she totally refused. Airbnb seemed disappointed too. Technically she was within her rights, as it did state on he advertisement that it was non refundable, but as it was London marathon weekend it would have been rebooked in no time. Was it an effort to get paid 190% for the apartment for this weekend ? We found the area quiet rough and only used it for 1 nigh and as our son was attending a game there. I was the mean spirited

We really enjoy our accomodation

The accommodation was a nice and cosy. A big supermarket was just around the corner. There was a bus stop right outside the property. We were happy overall.
