We had significant issues whilst staying in this property, these included: - No hot water for over 12 hours - One bed with a mattress that was so old/poor quality you could see it dipped and had springs coming out. - No sheets for the cot, subsequently we were provided with sheets that were the wrong size, this is a health and safety issue for new born babies. We had specifically asked about the cot in advance, so were particularly disappointed. Additional negative aspects to the property: - Extremely poor management, lack of concern regarding no hot water, incorrect information provided, general lack of knowledge on how the house systems work and how to solve problems, general rudeness. - Property is a little run down, cracks in walls etc - Kitchen is not very well kitted out, given the size of the property. - Restaurant recommendations were fairly poor Positive aspects to the property: - Beautiful views - A large number of bathrooms - Easy parking Overall wouldn't recommend

Absolutely beautiful home, very clean, stunning views, close to shops and restaurants, we had the most amazing stay, we will be back for sure. When we asked if we could park our cars at the house before the check in time so we could wander out for some lunch we were offered an early check in (complimentary), very kind and generous and it really made the world of difference, we were also kindly given a bottle of champagne on our arrival, and the house and views are so beautiful we abandoned our lunch out and enjoyed bubbles on the decking in the sunshine, overlooking the water :-) Thank you so much for everything, we had a wonderful stay.

What can I say, it more than fulfilled our expectations to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my family. From the initial booking and the Contact with Stephanie everything went smoothly and were actually allowed to book in early. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome card and a local bottle of bubbly chilling in the ice bucket. The kitchen is very well equipped with virtually everything you could need but we did take our airfryer and pizza oven to enable us to create those memories. There was plenty of room for our 8 guests with 3 ensuite bathrooms and a fourth private bathroom for the final bedroom but they are all beautifully equipped. Each room has its own hairdryer. We totally loved our time there as did our dogs. We didn't want to leave and would definitely love to return for another stay. Thank you Stephanie and Silverbirch.

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was in a great location. Lots of things to do nearby.

Beautiful house in a beautiful position. Immaculate and had everything you needed- including lovely candles. I asked for some tasteful balloons as an addition which was tastefully and easily done. Thank you!
