The reverse-level layout makes the most of the awe-inspiring views at this luxury apartment, designed and furnished to a very high standard throughout. Go inside and up to the first floor to find the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you’ll want to chill out on the comfy sofas and take in the view while the kids and young at heart play computer games. Take it in turns to cook delicious meals in the luxury kitchen, with a breakfast bar for a quick bite to eat, and a stylish dining area for memorable mealtimes. Head downstairs to bed in the three beautiful king-size bedrooms. The Master has an en-suite with a gorgeous copper bath, there’s also a family shower room on this floor, and TVs in all three bedrooms. Head outside to the balconies on either side of the apartment with a cool drink and sit and watch the sun go down on another fantastic day. Westward Ho!’s 2-mile sandy beach is about 400 metres away where you can go for long walks, have a go at surfing, windsurfing and paddleboarding, and head off for wanders along the coast. Northam Burrows Country Park is behind the beach, over 250 hectares of grassy coastal plains to explore, there are also tennis courts, a golf course, shops, pubs, and restaurants in Westward Ho!. Visit the lovely fishing village of Appledore (2.5 miles) to watch the fishing boats come in to the quay with the catch of the day.
