We had a good time, but would have liked to be able to use the grill without having to go and pick up more propane, would’ve liked to see cleaner conditions like no soap scum in the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen that had paper towels and better quality garbage bags that don’t rip in half, enough toilet paper, etc. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and this could’ve easily gotten 5 stars if those things were properly accommodated for!

The houses are closer together than I expected but otherwise it was exactly what I expected. The host was super helpful and quick to respond.

This is a great, affordable, safe, clean, and simple place. It’s got a south facing pool on a golf course (with a tree cut down for more sun!). It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids). It’s close to amenities but once you get out into the area the traffic is brutal! Don’t let this put you off though, because it’s a great place and very affordable! I’d recommend better communication from the host as I was the one reaching out to find out about trash pick up and check out instructions.
