Beautiful place
Great apartment for access to Escazu and Santa Ana shops and restaurants. Safe and secure, well appointed apartment. We were a little bothered by the lack of blinds on the main floor, it was really hot with the afternoon sun beating on without a/c. The ac is only in the main bedroom, our guest found the lower one a little stuffy with the window closed and loud with it open. The kitchen is very well appointed, clean and modern, with way more than what most guests would need. Sheets, beds, linens etc were great quality, and the sleep was solid in the main bedroom. With blinds and another a/c unit this place would be top notch!
Thanks so much Eugenia. We enjoyed the space. It is very modern, new, quiet and well-equipped. The only thing we might advise for other travelers is that it is not really a child-friendly space, especially if traveling with kids under 4 or 5. We have a crawler and saw quickly that this was not a safe spot for his age. To be honest we were even nervous with our 8-year-old if the door windows to the veranda were open. It's quite high and the veranda has large gaps a kid could easily fit under or through. Due to this, we had to keep the doors closed at all times which made it quite hot inside all day long. Also, everything is breakable! Lots of glass decorative items for little fingers to grab. Aside from this, the space is a great location, peaceful and with a wonderful view. It would be great for a couple or a group of friends that are child-free.
