Ashish, one of the very best host I ever stayed with. Such a pure human being in the Bandra with the friendliest smile I could ever received. Highly recommended for those who are looking for the great host like Ashish.

We had a wonderful time at Ashish’s place!It was really comfortable and convenient wrt to the location. Would definitely visit again especially for Nandu’s tea!!

The view from the room was superb. Watching the tides rise and recede every few hours was a novel and unique experience for me. It’s one of those mental images I’ll always remember. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is immaculately clean. Knowing how space in Bombay and more so in Bandra is a premium, I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the room. The caretaker Nandu is a super sweet guy. A genuine, helpful and nice human. A lot of credit for a clean smooth stay goes to him. Ashish was a great host. It was a hectic work week for both host and guest but we did manage to get in a few enjoyable conversations. Please don’t eat in the house. You are in Bandra. Enjoy the plethora of amazing restaurants and cafés which are all less than a km away. Bandra is a vibe. Get out and enjoy it. I had my own list but Ashish would gladly assist you if you need recommendations. I enjoyed my stay. I recommend you read the house rules before you decide to book.

This place a real gem 💎, I honestly could have spent my entire holiday inside this room and still felt like I had got all I needed: you can see the ocean, you can watch the sunset, you can listen to the people down in the fishermen village chat or play music in the evenings and generally hang out, you can watch the boats out on the water or the people walking among them when the tide goes out. It's quiet and calm and yet you still feel like you're part of the city. Love! ❤️

Highly recommended Ashish's place as a great hub to explore the beautiful area of Bandra and the rest of Mumbai. The view from the apartment is amazing as it's on the 6th floor, you can watch the sunset, and see birds and cute boats in the water below. Ashish was really friendly and helpful and we had some great chats with him in the evenings, speaking to him was actually a highlight of our time in Mumbai. The room itself is very clean and tastefully decorated, the bathroom is also very clean with good water pressure and hot water. Air con was very effective. There are plenty of lovely brunch spots and restaurants within walking distance too. 10/10!
