Stokers Siding is a beautiful village in the Northern Rivers region. Our apartment is very spacious and freshly renovated. It is one kilometre from the village and has views into the garden. Our home is a perfect location for Rail Trail explorers. There is a large bedroom with a lovely desk for writing and a great reading chair. Our living room is fresh and stylish, as is the bathroom. The apartment is under our house and has a separate entrance. We provide a portico area with garden chairs and table near the house.

We had a wonderful stay, and Maria and Phil are lovley hosts. The apartment is much bigger than expected. We ate out most days so didnt use the cooking facilities, but it has everything you need. A great location for exploring the local area - Rail Trail, walks, Murwillumbah, Uki. Good communication prior and during stay. Would highly recommend.
More beautiful than I expected, so nicely decorated, great kitchen and bathroom. Such a comfortable bed.
Beautiful place in a green and rural setting with the RailTrail cycling/walking track just 1km away. The apartment has a big bedroom with a desk for remote working. Kitchenette is quite compact but has all the essentials to cook simple meals. Maria was really welcoming and responsive before, during and after our stay. Would definitely stay again at her place!
We loved staying at Maria's. great basic kitchen, we made a red seafood curry with ease. The lounge was very comfortable and the bed was soooo, comfy. We were there for two nights and we could have stayed easily for another 2. The garden was really nice, and the nearby countryside is beautiful.
We have stayed in the premises for three night suring Easter 2024. Magnificent place, Maria & Phil thought about everything that need to make the stay enjoyable. The place is well equipped, the bedroom is big there is a study table, there are light cross the house. The bathroom is splendid, the shower has the regular tab as well as the rain one which is very relaxing. The dishes are lovely and everything is in a match. The living area is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Stokers Siding is a great little village, it has one small shop, the post office, where milk and bread are available. The other location to grab some basics is Hosanna Farmstay, which is open every day of the week and a short walk from the village. People come to camp there on weekends.
Within the village itself, there is a screen printing shop filled with the most glorious works. You can view some of these on the walls within the apartment.
On Friday nights, there is a pizza van in the village, and Gunter, our favourite pizza chef, prepares great wood-fired pizza!
We love going to Murwillumbah town and our favourite coffee shop is the Tweed Richmond Gallery. It is not open on Mondays.
There are some fantastic eateries and coffee, shops and gin distilleries, and many other wonderful places to visit in and around Murwillumbah.
We will leave a list in your manual at the apartment. Enjoy the northern Rivers region!
Because we live in the country, it is not suitable to not have a vehicle. So hire a car or bring your own!
