Tranquil, deceivingly spacious and freshly renovated, just a 2 minute walk from the beautiful award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach of Mablethorpe. The high street is only a 1 minute walk, where you will find fish and chip shops, ice cream parlour, Italian restaurant and a 1940s themed cafe. You have the entire house, 5 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, plus a sofa bed sleeping a further 2. Parking for one car on the front. All required beach items for guests to use. A real home from home! With plenty of amenities on your doorstep, you may not even want to use the car. Within walking distance, Mablethorpe offers some lovely shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and amusement arcades with a bowling alley. If you do like exploring, go to the beach, you can walk to Sutton on Sea or to the Mablethorpe Bell. Just a short drive and you can be in the busier seaside fun at Skegness or head north to Cleethorpes, racing at Cadwell, market town charm at Louth, Horncastle and Alford. The front lounge features a comfy sofa and chairs for cosy nights in, either watching the Smart TV, reading a book, playing a board game or just relaxing in front of the log burner. The middle lounge has a sofa bed (Ideal for two children or one adult), a 1980s retro table top arcade game machine with many classic games to play for free and another Smart TV to keep the young at heart entertained. Dining - A large dining table comfortably seating 6 but can take up to 8, forms part of the kitchen. Kitchen - Fully equipped for all cooking needs, including a Nespresso coffee machine, gas hob, built in oven and microwave, large fridge/freezer with integral ice cube machine and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 is at the top of the house with a superking size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a double room with a kingsize bed, on the first floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are single rooms, on the first floor. Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor at the back of the house, it is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower wet room and WC. Perfect if you have someone that finds stairs difficult. Utility room, on the first floor, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, in addition to airers for drying clothes, iron, ironing board and a Henry hoover. Towels for drying your furry friends and beach towels can also be found here. The family bathroom comprises of, a roll topped bath, hand held shower in the bath, sink and toilet. We have wifi available throughout the house. Outside in our secure backyard, there is a large box full of all the equipment you’ll need for the beach and a small bistro table and chairs if you fancy starting the day listening to the seagulls.
