Newly renovated villa with generous spaces and great pool. The house is a luxury place with multiple spots for rest, fun and enjoy a stress free vacation. The house is equipped with all essentials, including a heated pool, huge outdoor chill out area, BBQ, billiard and tennis table. We also have prepared sport equipment, toys and kids playground. Two parking spots are available in the garage. The villa went through a substantial renovation in 2023. Five bedroom house with 7 bathroom, multiple area for sitting and well equipped for a perfect holiday. The house is built on 3 floors, first one including 4 bedrooms with en suite, one big living room with sport equipment and play area for kids, TV, billiard table and sitting area with a bathroom. The Outside area on the first floor has a table tennis and a mini bar with outdoor fridge. The garage (suitable for 2 cars) is also located on the first floor (street level), next to the garage you'll find the laundry room. (washing machine and dryer). On the second floor we have a huge open space where you'll find the kitchen, dining table and TV with a beautiful couch. Also, one powder room is available on this floor. Outside, the pool area with sun lounges next to it and the barbecue area with dining table and sitting area. On the 3rd floor, you'll find one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a spacious private terrace for it.

perfect holiday house and location, can't recommend highly enough
We loved our stay at the villa. The house is massive and there is so much space so it never felt crowded and the kitchen is fully stocked. The location suited us really well but might not be for everyone as it is a little isolated. Manuela and Flo were so helpful before and during our stay and didn’t mind my million questions.
Thank you so much for sharing your property with us for a special family holiday. From booking to check out and everything in between the hosts were so responsive to messages including making recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and taxi contacts. The property was immaculate with lots of space for our large family to spread out but be together at the same time. Lots to do in the villa including the pool, a pool table and table tennis as well as a gym. The local beaches are gorgeous, this was our first visit to Gran Canaria and we are already talking about when we go back! Thanks so much to the hosts for making our holiday extra special.
This house was really like the pictures described it, breath taking! Spotless clean, very nice comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and lots of different sitting areas. Flo was really helpful and only a phone call away. We would definitely love to go back and it’s a great place for a bigger group. Many many thanks to Flo!

Guests have parking available on the property for 2 cars, but also plenty of space on the street in front of next to the building. The street has a dead end so traffic is low and only residents will pass the street. Our area is a quiet new developed area at 1.2 kilometres from the ocean. The nearest supermarket is at 1.3 kilometres.
Taxis are available upon request. Bus station at 1.2 kilometers also.
