We have plenty of seating & dining options downstairs and a big artificial lawn, all setting the stage for memorable outdoor family gatherings and all year round enjoyment. As you enter the house from downstairs, You will find a modern theatre room and plush laundry, complimented by 2 queen sized bedrooms, one of which has a mounted smart TV, as well as a playful kids double bunk room with unique sleeping arrangements. Downstairs you will also find a Balinese inspired bathroom with a refreshing rain showerhead. Ascend the wooden stairs adorned with a fengshui- friendly mirror, leading you to a spacious lounge area with a coffee table, plus extra seating with a bookshelf and welcoming rug.
