My review is based on the dealing with the owner only as I actually didn’t stay at the property but was charged full amount. I booked the apartment as I intended to stay there for a funeral, but due circumstances within 5 hours of booking I advised the owner that I would like to cancel my booking, they advised me to get in touch with air BnB as the cancellation policy belonged to them. Made me run around for no reason with air BnB as when I contacted them, they advised me that it the owners own policy that they charge the full amount for cancellation. But air BnB staff went to the owner to negotiate a cancellation fee, the owner chose to charge the full amount, the owner also didn’t respond to air bnb for more that 24 hours. To make matters worse they didn’t allow me to change my booking dates either to a future date. If you booking with them please ensure you don’t have to cancel as you will be charged full amount. Bad customer service !! For making me run around.
