Beautiful place and easy to get around. We sat outside and watched the deer. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Easy to get around Johnson City. I had some questions after a storm hit the day before we came, but that’s were quickly answered. Overall, we had a great time.

The house was great! The beds are big and comfortable with firm mattresses. The kitchen is stocked with anything we needed. There's a walking trail very close by the house and the "downtown" is walking distance. There are 2 steps down to the house from the carport, so could be inaccessible for someone in a wheelchair. The water pressure in the shower is kinda extreme and almost wasteful...but better than a slow drip I guess. We loved all the art on the walls and felt very comfortable in the house. The bedroom off the living room did get hot at night and the bedrooms on the opposite end of the house said they were cold, so put your hot sleepers on the side of the house with 3 bedrooms! We will rent again if in the area in the future!

The home was beautiful inside and out. It was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, which is what we were looking for. Excellent amenities. Would love to have had TV's in the bedrooms, but it wasn't necessary. The only thing I will mention, which has nothing to do with the home, is the lack of eating establishments in Johnson City. If you want breakfast, you'll have to drive to Fredericksburg, or at least we did, or eat outside at a food truck. However, there are two nice restaurants in town for dinner. Everyone was extremely nice and I highly recommend the winery down the road, Untamed. It was a fabulous stay and I would stay at this home again. Thank you!

Top of list places we have stayed in last 3 years of wine trips to the Austin to Fredericksburg wine trail. Convenient access to 290, with local food and fun. Every bedroom has wonderful king beds and bathrooms are large (all 3!). Kitchen is ready to cook for large group - we enjoyed a huge home cooked breakfast at the large table. Rachel was so quick to respond with any question and assisted with early access to drop off bags in order to enjoy planned tastings in area. A definite return visit!!
