What a gem of a place to rest your weary head after a long day's walking the South West Coast Path! Karen offered us an early check in and was on hand to greet us and show us around. She even offered to take us to the start of our walk the next day - surely above and beyond a host's duties! We loved the local strawberries and apple juice we found in the fridge - the bed was super comfy and the shower piping hot. Can't rate this place highly enough for a relaxing stay by the beautiful Cornish coast.

This was such a find - a very peaceful setting , the only noise was birdsong. The accommodation was very thoughtfully and tastefully arranged. We felt immediately at home and comfortable. Karen was a wonderful host - even opening the shop for an essential supply of cheese and chocolate! We weren’t at all bothered by the occasional cornish shower - just an excuse to have a lazy morning breakfast with the Sunday papers on the a more than comfortable sofa ! Highly recommend a stay here we shall be back.

Lovely cabin type accommodation, very clean and as described. Karen is friendly with a relaxed check in. Super place.

<What a hidden gem. Well equipped and a lovely big bed. The hosts, Karen and Ade ensured we had everything we needed and explained how to use the heaters, which unfortunately we needed as the weather wasn't very warm . We would certainly stay here again when next in Cornwall.

Karen's was an excellent host nothing too much trouble we had a lovely welcome pack and greeting in arrival. Easy to find and check in . Accomodation is clean and a great little place to use as a base to visit Cornwall attractions. Pub just down the road great wholesome food . Own parking and private .would highly recommend.
