We had the most wonderful spring break in Knoxville with our grown children and their families. Patricia’s home provided a perfect way for us to gather. The home is gorgeous, very large, is located in the most beautiful area in Knoxville, and has a great front and back garden to enjoy. It was perfectly clean and had lots of parking. It was simply lovely, and we hope to return again! Thank you, Patricia!

Great location minutes to UT and a beautiful home. Patricia was so responsive and helpful making our stay wonderful.

The owners live there and leave there stuff there. There was no coffee for first night. She replied “I don’t drink coffee”. I was ok with that and went out and bought some (2). The tv in main living room did not work. It was an Apple TV. The remote did not work properly also. Owner response - I don’t watch tv If I had known that I couldn’t stream my stuff I would have never booked it. We enjoy watching ESPN and other games when in town for football weekend. Also the sheets on main bed had a permanent stain on them Owner also told me I should have rented a hotel with tv for more money I am a super host on Airbnb. I never would have made those remarks. I have tvs that work and provide complimentary coffee. I’m not comfortable in staying in someone’s home that live there and just move out for someone to come in for a weekend. Owner did offer an extra hour for checkout which we did not use. A great location but for the price and the above remarks, i will not book again.

Patricia's place was great! It was in a great location close to campus and stores. The property is very welcoming and has a ton of outdoor space including a large firepit. The house was open and had space for our larger group. Patricia checked in several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed which was very appreciated. Would highly recommend if you will be in the Knoxville area!
