I had my husband's surprise 50th birthday at the Shamrock Suite. It is a beautiful place!! The owners are very nice to deal with! I will definitely rent this loft again!

SPECIAL!!! For my daughter's graduation, we had many family members coming to enjoy a long weekend of celebration. We wanted a place where friends and family could come and spend time together in between meals and events. This space is the perfect spot in downtown Knoxville - less than a 5 minute walk to Market Square and many historic sites. A parking garage just a quick walk down the street offers free parking for the weekend. As for the actual space, it is like the coolest, urban retreat with an extra large living area perfect for a large family and friends gathering. The kitchen, the bar, the extra large dining table, the pool table, the lounging sofa, and extra large flat screen tv - its like your own private pub yet exquisitely clean. We have a niece scheduled to graduate in 2025 and I hope we will be able to stay again!!!

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can see the beautiful marquee of the TN theater out the window and people watch on Gay St. It was clean and spacious. I couldn't leave a 5 star review because for $900 a night I was expecting perfection. The bar noise from Clancy's went on till around 3 am for all 3 nights and the thin drapes did nothing to block out the street lights coming in from the Hyatt next door. Fans, earplugs and eye coverings helped. The master bedroom mattress slept like a hammock.
