Loft was fantastic! We had plenty of room to spread out. We made good use of the kitchen and everything we wanted to do was walkable from the loft. Affordable garage parking available on the same block - Locust Street garage - $7 per day and free on weekends. We look forward to staying at the loft again soon!

Great location, a couple blocks from the convention center and a couple blocks from Market Square.

Great location and beautiful space. Note that it is a historic space, so some items have been well loved over the years, but it added to the character for us. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/glasses. Description states one room doesn't have a door, but it was actually all 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor didn't have doors. Only suggestion i have would be to let guest know where the free parking garage is located.

We had a wonderful weekend in this loft. It was beautiful, plenty of space, easy to find and convenient to downtown and the university. Best restaurants in town within walking distance. Beds were super comfortable! Will try to book again!

We loved Madison’s Loft; it was perfect for our group of 4 friends. It was very spacious and the location was amazing. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and make sure to check out the wonderful Knoxville Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings! There are 2 garages very close to the loft: the Hilton Garage for $20/ day and the Locust Street Garage for $7/ day. We would definitely stay at Madison’s Loft again! Thanks Madison for such a great stay!
