The home is nicely located and very spacious for the price. Decent amenities and adequate A/C . The home also needs to be restored before the mold gets worse.

Husband and I have been staying at Seagrape for the last 3 years because it is within walking distance of adult kids. Ellen/Gail are always quick to answer any questions. Thanks for the new mattress in the quest bedroom. The house is always very clean and ready to be used. Ellen thinks of all the things guests need from hair dryers/curling irons (thanks so much) to bars of soap in the bathroom (for those of us who don't use body soap) and large bottles of shampoo for those of us with 6 oz bottles because we fly (so appreciated that for our longer stays.) We love the quiet, roomy place to get away from our grandkids in the evening. Two year olds are wonderful but so is peace and quiet. We highly recommend Seagrape.

My daughter and I wanted to visit the beaches of Florida and wanted a place away from the beach so we could explore even more. The community of Bokeelia was excellent! There are plenty of things to see and do on the island and the beaches are just a short drive away. The area is quiet and we felt very much at home. Thanks so much, Ellen!

Exactly as advertised. Rustic, older cottage, needs some fixing up. Great location, beautiful peaceful yard. Loved the screened in area outside, perfect because of bugs in the evening. Bedrooms don't seem to be insulated, as mid afternoon they reach temperatures in the high 90's in July and a/c in the rooms can't keep up. Bedrooms will cool later in evening and are fine for sleeping at night. Excellent response from host at all times.
