The room is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building in Trastevere, a neighborhood known for its great food options, beautiful churches, street markets and green areas. It has a comfortable design for one or two adults and is very well connected to most major attractions of Rome. The double bed size is 200x140cm. There’s a sliding door wardrobe for your clothes, a workstation, two green chairs and a bedside for extra storage. All plants inside the room and house produce fresh oxygen during night and day. Windows have double glass insulation and the shutters are electronic. Just around the corner you have plenty of good choices for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner. Close by there’s a market place and 3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, 2 theatre venues and the Mattatoio Museum is just across the river.

Not a place for a family with an infant, although alice was not expecting a kid with us, she did accommodate us well. The place is walkable from the train station & public transport, though a bit far from the Rome city vibes

Our house is located between the neighborhoods of Trastevere and Testaccio, 2 of the liveliest and most characteristic areas of the city. Both offer typical Roman restaurants and pizzerias, but also museums, cinemas, markets, parks, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops of all kinds and elegant shops. Most businesses of this part of Trastevere apply a price and quality range which is honest and you won’t see places packed with tourists in line, either traditional or modern. The general vibe is authentic, friendly and welcoming.
To the right you can walk 300m to Trastevere Station with great connections by tram or bus (to/from Campo dei Fiori, Pz.Venezia, Colosseum) and by train (to/from Fiumicino, St. Peter’s, Termini, Beach). It also has a taxi stand at the entrance.
To the left you’re just 5min away from the Tevere riverside with bicycle lanes and the characteristic neighborhood of Testaccio.
Going straight you’ll reach the shopping area of Viale Marconi with all kinds of services and facilities.
On major streets around the neighborhood you’ll find several electric scooters and bikes to rent online. If you’re using a car this area has free parking places and two private garages by payment.
