This is a great little place in a friendly neighborhood. It is set up for fun family vacations, with kids or without, or as a comfortable home-base for the business traveler. Starting with the pool and deck box stocked with inflatables and towels, then the table on the covered patio that seats 6 with the built in glass fire pit, to the comfortable couch in front of the 85 inch screen, next to the nicely equipped open kitchen, and a dining area that will seat up to 8. Current pool temp: 74 This is a comfortable space set up for ... - families and friends, or - traveling-for-business, or - baseball fans. If you like to stay in, the 85" TV, with an emulation console for gaming (or HDMI cable ready for your console), big comfy couch, pool, patio table with glass fire pit, outdoor BBQ, and nicely equipped kitchen, provide a nice environment for fun and relaxation. If you like to get out, you will be just 2 miles from the State Farm Arena, 2 miles from the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater, 10 miles from the Phoenix Raceway, and within a mile of two freeways, I-10 and I-101, and those will get you anywhere. Just 2.5 miles West on McDowell, there is a fabulous variety of restaurants and shopping, no matter why you are staying. Check out the Guide Book for many other local places. If you are in the area for baseball Spring Training, NABA or NSBL, take a look at where you are: Camelback Ranch (Dodgers and White Sox), 5 miles. Maryvale (Brewers), 6 miles. Goodyear (Reds and Guardians), 11 miles. Peoria (Padres and Mariners), 13 miles. Surprise (Royals and Rangers), 18 miles. Tempe Diablo (Angels), 21 miles. Scottsdale Stadium (Giants), 22 miles. Wow! Wow! Wow! If you’re ever in the Phoenix area and like to stay somewhere that’s nice, private, exceptionally clean, and conveniently located - this is the place! The house is FULLY stocked with everything! The beds are heavenly. The linens are luxurious! The pool is perfect and so inviting. The couches are super comfy and perfect for movie night on the 85” TV. Chris has thought of everything! He goes the extra mile to provide all the creature-comforts. This is what they mean when they say THE HOSTEST WITH THE MOSTEST! We ended up extending our trip, two days because we didn’t want to leave! Our family will definitely be back as we visit Phoenix often. Thank you for your generosity and hospitality Chris. Keep being a blessing
This may be the weirdest perk…but everything was labeled! Light switches, touch lamps and the instructions for the TV’s were incredibly helpful. As a guest it’s always a bit awkward to try every light switch to figure out which one goes to the lamp across the room, so it was really comforting to have a little more knowledge about the inner workings of the house! We had a bit of a windstorm at the front end of our stay and Chris came out of his way to make sure the pool was sparkling on the day of our arrival. Great coffee selection, and the water bottles were a great touch! Super comfy and relaxing! Thanks for everything, Chris!
The place was Beautiful, and clean! The host was responsive and helpful, he was even flexible/understanding when I got the check out time mixed up…
The photos did not do this house justice. It was immaculate well appointed comfortable beds. Backyard was lovely. The swimming pool was clean and nice all the amenities including utensils and dishes were exactly what we needed. House was very comfortable. We had my mother and family over for an 80th birthday party and it accommodated everyone well. Chris was very responsive and thoughtful.

This is a very friendly neighborhood. The backyard is peaceful and private. You can sometimes hear music from other yards, but I have never heard loud or offensive music. Staying here, you will be surrounded by really decent people.
There's a park two doors down. Otherwise, there are many great places in a 1 - 5 mile radius, easily accessed by car.
