stayed for 6 nights whilst visiting family in the area. accommodation was spacious and comfortable and location was quiet but still within easy access of road and rail. shops and restaurants are located nearby across the canal in Bingley. it would have been nice to have some information on local places to eat and visit as whilst we were visiting family who know the area there are some lovely local places which might get missed. trains into Saltaire and Leeds are regular and easy and would recommend taking the train up to Skipton. we did have trouble with the TV and WiFi but Oliver responded to my messages and got the WIFI sorted within a few days, we couldn't get the TV working though but this wasn't a big problem. all in all a lovely clean flat which we would definitely use again.

Great apartment clean, quiet and well equipped. Had everything we needed and good location to walk into Bingley. Some niggles, parking was on street as residents complained when we parked per instructions. Lock number was wrong so had to call to get in. Couldn’t get WiFi to work at all despite making a call and being told it would be sorted.

Great little flat and exactly what we needed. If anything, the listing undersells the amount of extra amenities that are available. We were pleasantly surprised to see an Iron, Ironing Board, Travel Cot and more all provided. As mentioned in another review, enter Britannia Wharf from Mornington Road, not Ferncliffe Rd. The post code will take you in from Ferncliffe Rd which means the arrival instructions do not match and will take you longer to find the flat since you cannot drive from one side of Britannia Wharf to the other due to the bollards.

Oliver did not once communicate with us throughout our booking. We arrived in the area after multiple requests for the key exchange and he did not bother to reply. We contact Airbnb support and they could not contact him either. We ended up with nowhere to sleep that evening after driving 3.5 hours for our stay. Would not recommend, extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional host.
